Our family has found our fav and healthier way to make potato chips! You peel the potato, slice very thin, spray microwave rotating plate with cooking spray, arrange potatoes on the plate(single layered), sprinkle with sea salt, and cook for eight minutes(but you must watch because if they burn they are no good:]). They will crisp as they cool. We have have tried putting on parmesan cheese, lime juice, dip in cottage cheese, and balsamic vinegar(not all at once). They all taste very good(but either plain sea salt or sprinkled with parmesan cheese are my fav)!! In the picture we used sweet potatoes and you don't have to cook those as long(they burn and smell and taste horrible if you do).
