Holiday Favs!!!


Carmel Apple Dip
Layer 1:
8 oz. cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar- Mix together
then spread on a large plate or plater.

Layer 2:
Spread butterscotch carmel topping over first layer. (It helps
to heat this up for a few seconds in microwave first.)
Top Layer:
Sprinkle crushed Skore or Heath bars on top. (threes bars)

Cranberry Salsa

1 12oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
3/4 c sugar
1 medium jalepeno, remove all but 6 seeds
1 green onion
1-2 T fresh cilantro or
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin

Put all ingredients in a food processor or magic bullet.  Process until mixture is coursely chopped.  Store in refrigerator over night to allow flavors to blend.

Makes 3 cups.  Serve with tortilla chips.  This is also great served with crackers and cream cheese.  Good with beef, pork or poultry!
